The Reno Housing Authority owns more than 500 single family homes, duplexes, condos and apartment units throughout the area. Some of these units are reserved for households at targeted income levels, and others we choose to rent below market rate.

Silverada
Designed originally as private rental housing, Silverada Manor has 150 units. A wide variety of services are available nearby for residents.
Dick Scott
Dick Scott is a 100% project based voucher veteran site in Reno that is close to public transportation and senior services.
Railyard Flats
Railyard Flats is a certified EnergyStar rated site with electric vehicle charging stations, located in Sparks and is within walking distance to the RTC Centennial Plaza, several restaurants and the Nugget Events Center.
Willie J. Wynn
Open to seniors aged 55+, this Reno site is close to public transportation and senior services.

Silver Sage Court
Open to seniors aged 55+, Silver Sage Court in Sparks is close to public transportation and shopping.
